Our products are developed at our head office in Dettelbach and manufactured using innovative processes at several state-of-the-art plants and production facilities. Our modern buildings and facilities enable us to maintain high production standards and provide our staff with clean, safe and pleasant working conditions. Thanks to our in-house logistics, we are able to deliver our products to our customers as quickly and reliably as possible.

Our aim is to offer and supply our customers with high-quality products. We meet this high standard through consistent planning and the systematic management and monitoring of resources and activities within our processes – from the processing of enquiries and quotations right through to the handover of the products to the customer. All production stages are monitored and documented. Our processes are defined in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, are implemented in our day-to-day operations, and are continuously reviewed and critically assessed internally.
Through regular training and further education, we enhance our employees’ professional qualifications. In doing so, we also impart knowledge on quality, plant and occupational safety, as well as on operational environmental protection measures. By applying this knowledge, our employees contribute to the implementation of the relevant operational guidelines and measures.

Environment
The principles of Green Chemistry guide our product development. We consider the selection and handling of the substances used, together with the technical requirements of each application. Product quality, effectiveness and correct application are central to our approach.
Our environmental management practices are guided by the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14001. We identify and assess relevant environmental aspects of our operations, including:
- Water and soil protection
- Emission control
- Waste management and disposal
- Handling of hazardous substances
Based on these assessments, we establish measures to address the identified environmental risks and review their implementation. Our environmental management practices are also reviewed regularly by an external environmental auditor.
Selected KNOPP products are listed in the DGNB Navigator. The product information available there supports designers and planners in assessments carried out as part of DGNB building certification. A listing does not constitute certification of the individual construction products.
Our technical data sheets provide information on applications, dosage and technical properties. Supplementary safety data sheets contain guidance on safe handling and disposal. Together, these documents provide a clear basis for planning and using our products.
Every construction project has its own material and application requirements. We help you select suitable concrete and screed solutions and advise you on mix design, dosage and conditions of use.
